Refi Auto Loan With NFCU - next steps?

Sorry if this question gets asked quite a bit. I searched, but couldn't find a recent thread.

• NFCU approved me to refinance my current car loan that I have with CapOne.
• I signed my promissory documents online under "applications" in the web portal, and I see that's completed.
• There doesn't seem to be any further details from NFCU.
• I do not live near a NFCU branch, and there are no CapOne branches anywhere in my state.

Has anyone gone through this process that can fill me in on the how/what/when of getting my loan paid off with CapOne and getting the lien changed to NFCU?
