Will it get better ? Prob not

I just started this week for deli clerk training. I had applied for every position in the store and that’s the only dept who got back with me, she even upped the initial start pay for me by 2 dollars which I appreciate a lot. But I’m really just being thrown to the wolves and no one is helping me or training me?? I’m being left by myself on traditional during rushes and I haven’t even done a full week yet. I was told i would be mainly in the back doing catering orders which I would be fine with, but if they don’t let me off the front counter I’m going to have to find something else. I’m not cut out for it clearly, I’m doing my best but nobodies happy with it - customers and staff combined. FOUR DAYS IVE BEEN HERE. I cannot be perfect!! I’m not even being trained!! Like wtf. So fucking frustrating. Is it like this everywhere? Do I need to get out while I can? I am miserable
