Starting to feel like the scheduling side of my pressure washing business is more of a headache than the actual jobs
Not sure if this is just part of growing, but the admin side of my pressure washing business is starting to get more frustrating than the work itself.
Between quotes, scheduling, weather delays, reschedules, follow-up, and keeping track of who said they wanted work done later, it feels like too much stuff is scattered around and way too easy to lose track of.
I’ve been trying to get it more organized without turning it into some bloated system I hate using every day. Curious if anybody else hit this point and what actually helped.
