No batches since April 2026

I haven’t been receiving any batches since April 2026. I had diamond cart for the last three years and have been a member on Instacart as a shopper for five years but since April in the beginning of this month, I show up bright and early before stores open and only get one batch a day. I’ve been knocked down to no status not even gold cart. I don’t know if this has to do with my store being slow all of a sudden or because I don’t have any status. I don’t have gold cart. I don’t have diamond. I don’t have platinum. I’ve waited all day and only received one batch in nearly 8 hours. I haven’t even received batches that I usually would neglect no batches at all. I got the Shopper bump of five dollars but it doesn’t mean anything. Anyone else experiencing this and does Instacart plan to change this? Is this happening to anyone else in California or the Bay Area or is this just happened to me because my status changed? I never thought that certain status matters now I would give anything to have even a $20 batch when I usually would pass them up so that I can spend my time on a bigger batch. I’m extremely worried as I’ve used in Instacart for the last three years as the primary means to pay rent any help is valued thank you.
