How is working at Ball Corp? Anyone familiar with comp structure?

My wife is interviewing for a Director role and the stated comp is a little low. Curious if anyone is familiar with the bonus structure. Do they give directors RSUs?

How is working there? Are there reorgs constantly? Do people stick around or is there constant churn?
