No more hard/challenge hostile nest?

I did a bunch of them hunting gold mods, but it seems like when I hit lvl 30, they stopped appearing. Haven't seen a hard/challenge hostile nest for like 3 days it seems. The easy ones still spawn every 15 minutes. Can anyone help me? I need more gold mods
