What's my career chance for a early 40s and doesn't have specific long working experience?
good day redditers, a brief introduction of myself, 36M, Malaysian, has a Diploma in business studies - accounting. able to speak mandarin, Cantonese and English (not sure if this is a benefit in Japan's working environment)
working experience: 3years in accounting, 3years in customer service, 4years property sales, 1 year credit control, 1 year production executive in feedmill.
I think I'm the one who kept looking for new things for new excitement.
my current plan is to get into APU jp in Apr2027 intake, beppo for bachelor degree in international management.
Hopefully I can get a scholarship for the degree. or plan B will be going to Japanese language school and start learning Japanese from 0.
*international management in planning to take Strategic Management and Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Operations Management.
Not programming or software engineering tho.
let's say I'm able to graduate from APU after 4years of studies. in my 41age, will it be hard to get a job in Japan with my experience and degree?
Thank in advance for your input !
