I want to aim for 500k in each hand/land for Ishgardian Restoration. Are there any resources to help me figure out what I need to gather exactly?

Whenever I look for a guide all I seem to find is how to unlock or what it all entails but nothing ever explaining how much of what is needed. I am very poor and will be crafting my own turn ins as well as sourcing the material by hand through my own gatherers. I am having such a hard time making lists and estimating what will be needed or not needed. I figure it's fairly old content at this point so someone had to have made a list or something like what I am looking for, right?
