Avoid Fitribe – months trying to cancel

I signed up to Fitribe and tried to cancel within a few days due to a change in health circumstances, supported by a GP certificate.

Their contract allows termination on medical grounds with a refund (less a small admin fee), but this was never processed.

Instead:

• I was offered a suspension

• I was told to pay a 75% termination fee

It’s now been months with no resolution.

I’ve sent multiple emails and tried calling the numbers they originally used to contact me — no response.

They’ve also tried to enforce a 48-hour cooling-off period that was not clearly disclosed or included in the contract I was given.

I would not have signed up if the cancellation terms had been made clear.

I also don’t believe the service reflects the \~$5,000 price point.

Be very careful before committing!!!!
