Generally speaking for a 5.1 setup, is Linear PCM, Dolby or DTS better for clarity/surround effects?

Recently, I bought two Klipsch Synergy F2's (400W maximim each), two weaker JBL sourrounds, soon to be Klipsch Synergy C2 center and a 15" 150W Dayton Audio subwoofer. I have it hooked up to my PS5 but was wondering if one was better than the other (PCM, Dolby or DTS). Kind of new to home theater. Also is 80hz for the fronts, 100hz for center and 120hz for LFE sound alright?
