Shattered legion question

sorry I’m new here but I would like to ask if I could legally make a shattered legion of loyalists death guard and world eaters but part of the death guard and world eaters have have reverted to the warhounds and duskraiders’ colors out of spite for their traitorous primarchs? (mainly the veterans and elites have fully changed while the normal infantry have just scratched out their legion’s insignias or painted parts of their armor to match their elite counterparts)
