Is this a good time to return to school?

Considering the current global political and economic situation, and genuinely having no idea what to expect even 2-3 months from now, I am wondering what other people think about returning to school. I would have to leave my current job where I have a contract for 1 more year that will most likely not be renewed.

I live in Canada. I am considering returning to school to switch careers to healthcare.

What are your thoughts?
