Advice needed , please!

Hey all , im 18 years old and have pinhole phimosis and feel completely stuck on what to do, ever since i was about 12 when i realised my penis wasn't normal I've been extremely embarrassed by it , I've tried stretching my foreskin but have given up each time after not seeing any real , notable progress and therefore my foreskins still as tight as it always has been , which is very , very tight , i can just about manage to put my pinky finger in when soft. So i just don't know what to do , it's never given me any kind of discomfort , ive had sex many times and never experienced any pain ,it's just the fact it's so unbearabley embarrassing. I've never told anyone about it and therefore have obviously never seen a doctor or anything , mostly because im so deeply embarrassed and have also not seen a doctor since i was about 7 years old so for the past however many years ive just tried to ignore it but feel i can't anymore. What's the best move from here?
