[M4A] 26 - What's a healthy amount of sexualization? Any advice? - Session: below

Since I was young I have been sexualizing and thinking of everything and anyone in a sexual manner. I can't go anywhere without undressing everyone around me and having fantasies about them.

I stopped watching and consuming visual porn and have stuck to imagination masturbation for a few years now and I have a very healthy sex life with my girlfriend. Yet I still sexualize everything. I can't go out in public without looking at a woman and thinking what she looks like naked. In class, I always glance at girls wondering what they look like underneath. Even totally mundane situations get sexualized by me no matter what's happening. There's always an underlying sexual manner to any situation to me.

I truly don't know what a healthy amount of sexualization is.
