It's started. Is there easy software to try different layouts?

Ok so this is what I'm having to do now to meet stupid city compliance due to an easement that is completely in my backyard and none of it is shared with my neighbor. Anywho we came up with the idea to take the inside of my garage and move the back wall 5ft in, built out to the easement, then extend the room an additional 4.5ft so there could be a door facing the house.
I believe the internal dimensions will be 15ft 4in wide x 24ft long. I'd like to try and visualize that space to see what kind of seating, bar setup, etc I could put in there without making it too cramped. Is there software available that's made for idiots where I can just position things like furniture, tv's, stand up bar, etc and create a 3D of the room to look around in? Would be helpful for planning things out and especially helpful to give to the builder if I can make it what I want.
