Looking for other artists to share a studio/small event space with!

Hey guys! I'm a painter and multi disciplinary artist currently looking at spaces in Long Beach. My work is abstract expressionist meets surrealist visionary style, and I also like textile art, sewing, and photography. I also live paint often at different events. I've been dreaming of finding a space where us artists can work out of and also have space to host small gatherings, markets, events, workshops, etc. I'm currently looking at a pretty sweet spot but want at least 3-5 other people I think would be ideal, making it $580-$390 each if split equally. There's 1 large common area, 2 rooms, kitchen, and bathroom. Please comment or DM me if you're interested!
