Looking for 24/7 Residential Care Facility for Adult (Level 3 Autism) – Philippines

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for recommendations for a facility in the Philippines that can provide full-time (24/7) residential care for a 23-year-old male diagnosed with Level 3 Autism (requiring very substantial support).

Context:

- Adult, not a child (this is important—most centers we’ve found are child-focused)

- Requires constant supervision

- Has behavioral challenges that have caused significant distress to people and property

- Goal is long-term structured care in a safe, controlled environment

What we’re looking for:

- Residential facility (not just therapy/daycare)

- Staff experienced with high-support / severe autism cases

- Ability to manage behavioral issues safely

- Preferably within or near Cavite

Budget:

- Around ₱60k–₱70k/month

We’re aware options in the Philippines are limited, especially for adults, so any of the following would help:

- Organizations working on adult autism housing

- Leads on private or lesser-known care homes that can handle high-support cases
