Will I be able to swap the rims from these tires?

I’ll try my best to explain this it’s more difficult without adding pictures. Basically I currently have tires on my car that are 225/45 R17 91H, and I want to put those tires onto a set of rims that are on 225/45 R17 94H tires. I’m only swapping the the rims, I’m keeping the 91H tires and adding the rims from the other tires. My question is will this fit? I’m not too familiar with cars unfortunately so I’m taking to here before I do anything 😅Thanks!
