Working part-time as an EU MSc Economics student at LMU (Munich)?

Hello,
I am an international student (EU) and I have applied to the MSc in Economics at LMU. My German is at A2–B1 level. I am aware that the cost of living in Munich is high. Is it possible to work part-time during the studies and earn some money to support myself? Or do banks in Germany/Bavaria offer some kind of student loans to international students? How do you finance your studies?
