Costochondritis chest pain from ab coaster

So I've been having some strange symptoms for a while now with sharp pain in the center of my chest and back as well as some dizziness. My heart checked out fine at the ER multiple times. Just wondering if anyone has ever experienced these symptoms from using the ab coaster machine such as the one at planet fitness? Just trying to narrow down what may be causing this.
