Dropped my google pixiel in water help !!!!

two days ago i dropped my phone in a tini bit of water in the sink for like half a second, immediately powered it off, took the case off and took out the sd card, patted it down with a paper towel and tried drying it with a hair dryer then set it infront of the fan for a few hours when i turned it back on the screen was almost completely unresponsive like alomost impossible to click on anything with a ton of ghost touches so i shut it down for a whole day infront of a fan when i turned it back on after 24 hours the screen was alot more responsive but half of the screen was entirely blue like ink or something. so i tried again for another 24 hours with a fan and the charging port facing down and when i tired it back on now the screens almost entirely the blue inky bleed !!!! is there anything i can do or is my phone trashed T___T , it worked compleely fine before this when you took it out of the case it looked almost completely new and i rlly dont have money to buy a new phone rn gughhh. Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask but i really wanna know if anyone has any advice (i also cant incude any pictures or video i dont have accsess to another phone atm)
