Navigating shifting dynamics in friends/a group as an adult

I'm (28NB) in a friend group of about 7 people (early to late 20's). We've all been friends for about 3 years now. We don't always all get together, that probably happens every couple months or so but a lot of us end up doing things in smaller groups or one on one more frequently. Either coffee/walk dates or doing little side quests. All of us live in different cities but are more or less the same distance away from each other too.

However with new jobs, moving, school, and other life stuff the frequency of these hangouts are becoming less and less and dynamics between each other are shifting. Not necessarily in a bad way just people gettin closer/more distant as are lives are changing. It's been happening the past year or so but becoming even more so now.

I haven't really experienced this type of change since graduating college and while I certainly feel more equipped to deal with this than I was in my early 20's it's something I'm still nervous about. I know and totally understand people getting busy as time goes on but still. Especially since I feel these are not only my people, but the healthiest/closest friendships I've made my whole life. I guess my biggest fear is that our friendships change so much to the point where we become more and more distant. I don't think I have it in me to go through the whole make new friends as an adult again.

Has anyone else gone through this and have any tips? Thanks in advanced!
