Trying to get into the Emerald Dream to farm Aurostor but am lost

Hello nice folks, I'm on an adventure with my druid to try and unlock the Runebear form from Aurostor in the Emerald Dream. I did not play during Dragonflight so I have never completed the campaign, I've only done enough to level to TWW then leave.

I'm trying to figure out how to start the Emerald Dream quest line. My understanding is I need to finish Coalition of the Flames first. In order to start that I have to talk to an NPC that isn't present in Valdrakken, Shandris Feathermoon.

I've been doing this content with my 90 druid. After a ton of googling I've found answers that tell me I need to do Zaralek Caverns, but I can't find the quests to get down there. It has been suggested to me that by being level 90 I'm not in Dragonflight "chromie time" and NPC's may not be in their proper location. So I made a druid Alt to level in dragonflight to level 79 then turn the XP off so I can quest, however I've noticed the NPC isn't in Valdrakken at the spot she's supposed to be at.

I assume there is a prerequisite quest I have not done that moves the NPC to that location but I don't know what it is. I was trying to use BTWQuest to help me but after finishing the basic story lines of the first 5 Chapters I can't figure out how to continue "The Blue Dragons".

I got so desperate last week I downloaded Zygor because I heard it has easy mode way points built into the UI but even that is letting me down. Everything is telling me to talk to Shandris Feathermoon. If I try to start the full Dragonflight Campaign guide I get to the point where I have to accept a quest from a lil dragon named Flaps, and he doesn't have the quest.

Everything is telling me to talk to NPC's that do not have the quest, or the NPC just isn't there.

I've given up and started leveling my druid alt who just hit 44 but I'm not sure even this will work. Shandris Feathermoon isn't in Valdrakken and flaps doesn't have that missing quest.

Do any of you fine people have any suggestions or ideas for me? I'd really like to finish the DF campaign at least once because its pretty fun, but this whole thing seems kinda broken.
