My Laptop Is moving slow when I load games

Like 3 days ago I was just having a normal day then suddenly I loaded up Roblox and the game I usually play was very laggy. SO then I decided to try out my other games, and they were all lagging/moving slow, and it's only the games everything else is ok. Does anyone know what this is or how to solve it
