Pixel 10 Pro - should I return?

I received mine just yesterday, and today a lot of videos have been popping up regarding poor battery life and the flashlight damaging camera lenses.

I had a Google pixel 7 pro before and I didn't have anything bad to say about it. I did drop it and got a tiny bit on the left side of the screen black, so I cannot really see the time but that's it.

it's a big purchase for me so I really want to make sure I made the right decision.
