Did “Someone New” by Arden Jones interpolate the Watch Dogs 2 menu music

I was watching TikTok and then i thought i heard the watch Dogs menu music, but it was this song to “Someone New” by Arden Jones and couldn’t help but notice it sounds really similar to the menu music from Watch Dogs 2.

Do you think it’s an interpolation or just coincidence?
