I currently have a Windows Surface Pro 7, and im looking to find a new laptop. Im having alot of trouble finding a decent one that suits my needs, here some things im looking for below.

Buying help

I do general browsing alongside excel sheets. But I also would like to have at least Minecraft, roblox, or terraria able to run on it. My old one was able to run these pretty decently, but the hardware and battery has also been dying (Most likely cuz ive had it since release), so that might play a factor. Below are things i would like on a new laptop (Doesnt need to be DRASTICALLY better, im already used to a crappy laptop)

- Good battery (8 hours on browsing)

- Good performance (As mentioned before, I was looking at Ryzen chip laptops)

- Screen doesnt have to be big, just not smaller than the Surface Pro.

- Wifi 6 preferably, but wifi 5 also works

- Good build quality (My surfaces hinge broke)

- $600 or less (Idk if thats asking for much, never bought a laptop before my surface)

I was originally looking at this one here. I dont really care for it being convertable, but if its a good laptop, ill take it.

EDIT: Heres the form -

  • Total budget (in local currency) and country of purchase. Please do not use USD unless purchasing in the US: $600
  • Are you open to refurbs/used? No
  • How would you prioritize form factor (ultrabook, 2-in-1, etc.), build quality, performance, and battery life? Performance, battery. build quality, form factor
  • How important is weight and thinness to you? As long as its not extremely heavy, I dont mind
  • Do you have a preferred screen size? If indifferent, put N/A. nothing under 12.3-inch
  • Are you doing any CAD/video editing/photo editing/gaming? List which programs/games you desire to run. Stuff like Vanilla Minecraft, Balatro, Terraria, Roblox.
  • If you're gaming, do you have certain games you want to play? At what settings and FPS do you want? Low graphics settings is fine, as long as I hit a good 45 fps.
  • Any specific requirements such as good keyboard, reliable build quality, touch-screen, finger-print reader, optical drive or good input devices (keyboard/touchpad)? Keyboard shouldnt flex, keys shouldnt be too squishy. 1 TB ssd would be nice but 500 gb is also nice.
  • Leave any finishing thoughts here that you may feel are necessary and beneficial to the discussion. idk
