3 orders in a unit under siege regiment…?

I’m making a 2k list for siege regiment for a game Saturday… the enhancement “stalwart honours” gives a leader the ability that while said leader is leading a unit, that unit is ALSO affected by the Take Cover stratagem.

So does that mean, if I give that to say, a Cadian command squad, put it with Ursula creed and a 20 man bock of Cadians that entire blob now has 3 orders, 2 of my choosing, 1 being taking cover?

Is that right or am I reaching
