How cautious do I need to be?
so I've been having a really hard time with life since finally going GF after many many years of ignoring my diagnosis. I know, stupid thing to do but I physically and mentally could not handle it. my question is how cautious do I really need to be? I don't even leave the house without gloves on. I don't touch door knobs, I don't feel safe laying my phone down anywhere, I don't like sitting down anywhere because what if crumbs get on me?? I find it so difficult to go out and enjoy anything, because what are the chances I touch a surface that has enough cross contact on it that it could make me sick if I were to accidentally touch my mouth? or if I touch said surface, then touch my phone and other things, and bam, those are also cross contaminated now. parts of me feel like I'm overreacting, but I have a lot of healing to do after being so stupid for so long and don't want to risk anything.
