Help me find this 80's song, cant figure out the chorus lyrics

Heard the last bit on the radio and its just the chorus lines over and over. was playing in an all 80's segment. I think its a woman's voice but can't be sure!

Couldn't decipher the lyrics but sounds like:

I'm all you need, I'm all you need, I'm all you neeeeeeed

or something like:

Hold on to me, hold on to me, hold on to meeee-ee

Probably quite well known and if and when I find out what the actual lyrics are I'm probs gunna feel pretty silly ha.
