Help Diagnosing Large Memory Spikes

Hello,

For the past 6 months to a year or so I've dealt with random Home Assistant freezes/crashes. But it has gotten a lot worse the past month or so since I've added a lot more automations/devices/scripts.

The cause is clear in my system monitor memory usage, under good condition it averages around 63%, but during a freeze/crash it spikes up to 90%+. The crash lasts anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour. They happen about 2-3 times a day I'm running HAOS on a Pi4 with 4GB ram. I've attempted to stop add ons and scripts to try and diagnose the problem, the biggest thing I've noticed that helps reduce the crashing is pausing Node Red, though that still does not completely stop the crashing. My lovelace UI (in yaml mode) is nearing 8K lines of yaml, along with my system having just about every commonly used add on and integration possible, I'm wondering and think if I'm hitting the limit that my Pi4 can handle. I've had this Pi4 running HA for 4 years now. It's only gotten bad the past 6 months or so but I keep adding things on to it almost linearly.

Is there a good way to determine if there's an actual issue in my setup vs my Pi4 getting overwhelmed?

Thanks
