No pre-order reminder email?

So I just got charged for three separate pre-orders on the dime without getting a email notifying it would be shipped and charged soon. Luckily, I had the money, unluckily, it was supposed to be for a dental appointment.

Im really confused because just a month ago I was sent a reminder for a different pre-order, so I dont understand why they didn't do it for this much bigger pre-order. Based on the release dates they weren't supposed to be together, but I know that doesn't matter much.

Has this happened to anyone else? Was it a mess up on Goodsmiles end or what? I really like Goodsmiles buy now pay later option, but I still want to know WHEN ill be charged later.
