Any tips for file organization?

As someone who is exceptionally good at starting new projects before finishing previous ones I find I end up with so many tracks that I forget what each of them sound like. I’d love to know if y’all have any efficient ways of organizing your tracks so they’re more readily accessible. As of now I just save everything to my logic folder and have thousands of projects that take forever to scroll through. I’m also bad at naming them so there’s that
