uoft (MPH) vs ucalgary (MPP) Admission suggestions

I have been accepted at uoft for Master of public health- health promotion and ucalgary Master of public policy (health policy). Money wise, I am better off going to ucalgary. I am getting a good chunk of scholarship. Program is 1 yr with required internship & option for research assistantship. I have already deposited 1500, non-refundable to secure my spot in march.

UofT is prestigious but I am not sure anymore. I just received the offer letter from uoft. I have a health promotion undergrad and want to work in health policy.

Moving from NS (so there will be living cost). I don't know much about either cities. CONFUSED, need help. any thoughts.
