Northwestern $ vs Texas $$$

Moderately interested in IP or transactional law but mostly just want to do biglaw. NU total COA is about 200k over Texas'. Gambler's odds say the payout is big enough for NU's 20% higher biglaw odds to be worth that much, but it feels insane to risk the value of a small house when Texas is already a great school. I have no location preference as far as QOL goes, Chicago seems to be a better market overall but Texas is much more dominant within Texas and Austin has a better tech scene (more aligned with my interests).

Where should I go?
