So I found out I was pregnant about a week ago and I was having some light cramping and bleeding and went to the er and the cramping stopped after that I am about 4 weeks and I’ve been lightly bleeding since then today I started have some light cramping at the bottom of my stomach and some heavier light bleeding and then this came out is this a miscarriage?
