Monogram vs Wolf 36" gas cooktop & double wall ovens mix, match, or pass

I'm overwhelmed with all the negative reviews of appliances. I thought it would be easier. I narrowed it down to these 2 because of size, and the black cooktop bottom vs stainless bottom scratching. I see where people love the monogram, and others hate the way the brass looks like dirty patina after the first use. So then I started looking at the Wolf cooktop. When thinking about the matching double ovens, the reviews on the blue glass paint flaking and getting on the food worry me. We cook a lot! I don't want blue chipping. So, now I wonder if I should mix it up and do the Wolf cooktop and monogram double ovens. (I like the way the french doors look, and originally thought I was getting the monogram suite.) Is it off or ok to have non-matching appliances in a new house? TIA
