I posted at 4 weeks, that post will have all my details! Current status: feeling great! The swelling and pressure feeling has subsided immensely! The one thing now I’m dealing with is the constant “shifting” feeling. I tell people who ask that it literally feels like there is an alien inside my chest and it is moving around trying to find his forever home lol. Research has told me that this is basically me feeling the “drop and fluff” and the implant is starting to settle, but man does it feel weird!! I will say, I couldn’t be happier with this choice. If anyone is here doing research and in the initial stages, I will just say, it was worth it. The recovery has been brutal at times but overall I am so incredibly happy! I realize I can’t speak for everyone but for me this process has been life changing. I’m in my early 40s and I feel like I’m 20 again! But a better version of 20, if that makes sense. Just remember, always be kind to yourself. This procedure isn’t a magic pill to make everything better, you gotta do the work to improve your mentality as well. But when you put in the work and do the recovery right, it’s so worth it. I can’t wait for the end of my first year and be able to look back at how far I’ve come and be able to truly say that I do in fact love myself! And it’s not just the boobs. But man do they look good! ;p
