Experience starting an SSRI while on Reta?

Has anyone here started an SSRI while on Reta? Been dealing with anxiety and depression on and off for years. I had been taking Prozac to manage symptoms, but stopped taking it (silly I know) once symptoms went away. This was about 9 months ago.

Now I have been on Reta for about a month at 2mg. Started taking Lexapro 5mg last week and plan to slowly go up in dose to manage my anxiety and depression. I don’t think the depression or anxiety has to do with the Reta, however I feel like it might be exacerbating the symptoms a bit? I have been dealing with awful anxiety since starting Lexapro. Like chest squeezing and hard to take calm breaths anxiety.

I also want to note I am slowly reducing my marijuana intake as instructed by my doctor. I feel like this is making my anxiety and irritability worse too?

My doctor knows I’m on a GLP (told her I am taking Zep)
