Anyone here ordered from their website? It’s been 8 days already since J&T tried to pick up my order, but every time they attempt, it just says “Customer Goods are Not Available.”

I’ve already emailed them to ask if I can still cancel, and even messaged them on IG for updates, pero sobrang unresponsive talaga. Ang hassle.

ASPIRE365, just shut it down if you can’t handle orders properly.
