SMSF - Bank account recommendations?

I'm currently setting up a self managed super and need to move the funds into a high interest earning bank account.

Does anyone have any recommendations on which banks have low fees and high interest rates and full control over your money i.e. you don't have to lock it in and can move it in and out to other investments as opportunities arise?
