Bedsharing

As the title states, this is about bedsharing. My husband and I have been bedsharing with our almost 4 year old and 6 year old children. It is no issues to our marriage and we both feel at ease with it. I’ve tried researching about the benefits it has on children who bedshare and/or room share at these ages, but all I get information on is about infants.

I just wanted to hear from other parents to see if anyone else is bedsharing at these ages or had done it in the past and the pros and cons for it in the sake of the child’s development.

I really enjoy it as my husband and I both work jobs with unfixed schedules so I come home often after bed time and get to still have that closeness to our children.
