People who abused the fresh account rank system should be banned at the start of season 2

Iydk brand new accounts are being placed up to 10 entire skill divisions higher (or more) than they would be on their main account. Its causing absolute chaos in GM+ and ruining games for players normally at that level of play. Entire games are determined by who has the fresh account on their team that ends up going 7-15 at the end of a round and costs them SR.

People are intentionally abusing this system by making accounts, being placed in way higher ranks than they deserve, and costing players entire games as they slowly derank back to Diamond or something and later make another account to repeat the process again. Its absolutely ruining the game and people who abused this garbage system intentionally should be banned.
