Is this the right order for skincare and make up application?

I lined them up in the order (I am missing my skin cleanser, which is called SEEN) that I think would be best. Any enthusiasts or pros who know better have different thoughts? Any advice about if I need to add or take away anything. Better products? Though I think they're decent, albeit not sure about the Clinique foundation, just something I've been using forever. I'm in my early 30s.
