Terrible experience at Aashni Design Co (Chandni Chowk)

Late post but this is about my family’s experience at their store in Chandni Chowk. First of all the name is blatantly copied from Aashni + Co. They also have another store by the name of Shrangar where they send the clients who they assume will not be able to afford Aashni’s collection. Owner is rude and condescending. He is very judgemental and doesn’t listen to you at all. Apparently has a PhD in every topic and dismisses and demeans your opinions. They have some weird trial policy as they don’t show you more than a couple pieces. They were not disclosing the prices until we tried and afterwards when we were not comfortable with the exorbitant prices he tried to ridicule us. He is full delulu, don’t know how this guy is handling customer relationships. Super shady place.
