Work/life balance out of med school?

Hi! I'm a junior in highschool with a strong interest in pursuing clinical neurology. Specifically: traumatic brain injuries. I would hope to work in clinic/practice like setting to treat those recovering from such injuries. But my question is: how is work/life balance once you graduate from med school for someone with similar interests as me? Thank you!!
