Trading a 2025 Subaru Outback Onyx for a 2023 Kia EV6 GT. Thoughts?

I’m interested in selling my 2025 Subaru Outback Onyx with 30500 miles. I have been offered $28400 for it from Carvana. I am thinking about buying a 2023 Kia EV6 GT with 16000 miles on it for sale for $29000 and with taxes + fees comes out to $33000. It's certified pre-owned with clean car fax. Any thoughts?
