Owner/Manager Hates Me

I started working at this Caribbean restaurant in a high tourist area recently in the middle of March. I seem to get along with almost all of my coworkers and managers but one of the managers seems to be annoyed by me. I have a very energetic and fast paced personality, which is perfect since I’m working in a restaurant. However, the highest manager (who is also a part owner) is always criticizing anything I do or gives me weird looks when we are in the middle of the conversation with each other. I have way more experience than the other people in my position and my work ethic is pretty good so I don’t think it’s the way I do things at work, I think we are just incompatible people who are stuck working together. Any tips on getting her to back off or like me any better? I feel like I’m asking for the impossible.
