Shark Cryo mask leave marks on nose - help

I see a lot of comments about marks left under eyes by the chill pads. I don’t have that issue.

My problem is marks being left on the bridge of my nose. I’ve only had the mask a week but it seems I can’t get it to fit correctly. It leaves indentations on both sides of the bridge of my nose.

Please, has anybody else had this problem and been able to solve it?
