Has anyone in US/NC got their MBF record?

Hey!! I live in the CLT area of NC in the US. USPS got my Man’s best friend liquid filled on April 3 in Kansas City, MO. Since then I’ve had literally no updates or traction on the shipment. Has anyone else just not had anymore updates since? If you’re in NC, have you received yours yet? I don’t know when would be a good time to email bad worlds about the package under suspicion of damage or theft.
